Every term at KCIS is 12 or 13 weeks long to ensure we have equal learning blocks for our different units.

Term Dates 2025/ 2026

The term dates for the academic year 2025 – 2026 are as follows:

Term 1

18th August 2025 – 21st November 2025 (fees due 15th July 2025)

Term 2

25th November 2025- 13th March 2026 (fees due 14th November 2025)

Term 3

16th March 2026- 19th June 2026 (fees due 6th March 2026)

School Holidays 2025/26

School holiday dates are in line with the international schools holiday schedule and are as follows:

6th October 2025 – 10th October 2025

22nd December 2025 – 16th January 2026

16th February 2026- 17th February 2026

30th March – 10th April 2026
